6 things to prepare prior to your trip
Now that you decided to go pursue your dream biking experience overseas, here are the things you may need to take know of prior to your trip.
1. Invest in a good bike case
If you wish to bring your own bike overseas instead of renting equipment from us, do make sure to invest in a good bike case to protect your equipment from the rough baggage handling at customs. Crucial factors to consider when choosing a bike case include lightweight construction, internal padding to protect the fragile parts of the bike and maneuverability of the case.

2. Make sure your bike is in working order before setting off
Prior to your trip, do check that your bike is in working order as you don’t want to cause your riding schedule to be delayed due to malfunctions, do you?
You can alternatively choose to book an appointment at our in-house service center for servicing prior to our trip.
3. Pack essential tools
Do pack a set of essential tools in case of emergency on the roads. These include multi-tool, hand pump, spare inner tubes, puncture repair kit and an extra set of brake pads should have you covered for most instances.
Sudden malfunction during the trip? Don’t worry as our biking tour consists of maintenance to help you along the way.
4. Check your luggage limit
Your baggage allowance will vary depending on the airline you choose to fly. Some airlines will charge a flat fee for extra oversized bags whereas others will include it in your normal baggage allowance. It can be tempting to book the cheapest fare but do check the terms and conditions as it can work out to be more cost-effective to pay a more expensive fare to cover the bike.
